EDIT: Ok I have it, it works great but it only takes 6.35 mics not standard 3.5, so I have to buy an adapter so my headset work (I can't hold a mic when I play). Also FRAPS is giving me problems it keeps de-syncing. So World Of Goo may not happen this week, or next, or next or even next as I'm on holiday soon.

Ok guys, my new computer does not have a mic input, it has a line-in input, this means anything that needs power from the input port (like a mic or headset) will not work, I need something that powers the headset. I have brought a device and I'm hoping it will work. If not I have to use the built-in mic which is ok on the new computer (unlike the old).
